|Recommended: YesBlessed — I'm fairly new to living here, but so far it has been a comfortable experience, any repairs that I have requested has been attended to, and corrected. Maintenance team are very good, but need additional help. Property staff is amazing, respectful, courteous, and attentive.

|Recommended: NoI regret to say that my experience at Alister galleria has been extremely disappointing. Here are some of the major issues I've encountered
Cockroach Infestation The cockroach problem here is out of control. Despite multiple complaints to management, the issue persists. It's incredibly frustrating and unhygienic to deal with these pests daily.
Hot Water and Water Outages There have been multiple instances of hot water issues and even complete water outages. It’s incredibly inconvenient and unacceptable to go without hot water or any water at all, especially without proper notice or prompt repair. You get around 150 a month for water and sewage bill in addition 50 to mandatory valet trash, gas, etc.
Bad Internet Connection They have ATT Broadband which gives only 25-30 mbps. They have tried to put Verizon wireless internet but it is equally bad giving very less speeds.

Bad Internet Connection: We understand how crucial reliable internet is for our residents. We are in discussions with multiple service providers to explore better options and enhance the connectivity speeds. We apologize for the frustration and are committed to finding a satisfactory solution.

|Recommended: NoGuest App — Future residents should be warned that the new guest app requires that the license plate of any guest is registered for every visit. You can't input a reservation ahead of time. You must remember to input it same day. If a guest visits for 3 days, you must register them 3 times. You risk the guest's vehicle will be towed if you ever forget.

|Recommended: NoDo not stay at the Alister galleria They have ROACHES And they do not care that they have ROACHES They claim to have pest control but there are many bugs The water was off for OVER 24 HOURS and they just expect the residents to call 311 for us to do their jobs apparently. Also the GATE IS BROKEN and as a woman I don’t feel safe with everyone just having the ability to access the community. PLEASE do not sign a lease here because they will do everything to make it as difficult as possible to get out of it.

The ladies in the office, especially Lyella, are awesome and deserve this praise. She always asks about my daughter and how I am doing. If this is good resident service, I don't know what is.

Trash pickup is hit or miss somedays so it makes me wonder why we have to pay if they don't show up.
