|Recommended: YesAlister Galleria has been my home more thn5 years. So far the staff that we have now, have been so pleasant to speak with. The problem solving is great. The grounds are always kept and when things happen they fix it right away. This area is great and close to everything. I highly recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesI've been here right at 4 months and so far it's been great. I love my apartment, the office staff is helpful, the grounds are very nice and I love taking my walks every evening. My unit is upgraded and simply lovely. It's quiet where I am and even though I'm at the front of the complex I never hear the gates opening and closing. The property itself is well-kept. So far, I love everything about it and plan to stay awhile. Thank you, Alister Galleria. I'm so happy I moved here.

|Recommended: YesAlister — Ki Ki was very helpful and friendly from the very first day I came here looking for an apartment. The property Manager is also very friendly and attentive to the residents needs, escalating issues when needed. This complex is well kept and clean. The maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful as well. They respond to maintenance requests as quickly as they can being its only a few of them.

|Recommended: YesThese apartments are beautiful. The staff was nice I went in for a tour of the place and the staff Kiara was so sweet and nice. She answered every question I had which was a lot. This makes me want to move here knowing I have a place that cares about me living here. Thank you Kiara for your kindness and help

The amenities are great, but the Spa hot tub is not working and the gym is not always clean.

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely — I want to give a huge shoutout to Daniel and David from the maintenance team at Alister Galleria. Every time I’ve submitted a request, they’ve shown up quickly, handled the issue with professionalism, and gone above and beyond to make sure everything is done right.
They’re not only efficient but also super respectful and kind, which makes a big difference. One time, they stayed late just to make sure the job was finished properly—that level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated.
Having a reliable maintenance team like Daniel and David makes living here so much better. They really deserve recognition for the care and effort they put into keeping our community running smoothly.

|Recommended: NoMy experience at Alister Galleria has been nothing short of a nightmare. I visited my fiancee's apartment in the Alister Galleria complex as he just moved in to a new unit and was shocked to find mold and noticeable water damage throughout the unit walls cabinet drywall . As a nurse, this is not only a major health hazard but also a clear sign of poor maintenance and negligence on the part of management. Management advised that there were no issues and simply told him that the carpet and cabinet could be replaced.
To make matters worse, my car was previously towed despite having a valid parking permit. The towing situation felt like a complete scam, and the management refused to take any responsibility. I had to go through the lengthy and stressful process of appealing the tow at a hearing just to get my money back. This entire ordeal was incredibly frustrating and unnecessary.
The lack of accountability and poor customer service from the management team is unacceptable.
We sincerely regret to hear about your experience and understand your concerns. Resident satisfaction is our top priority, and we take all reports of maintenance and parking issues seriously.
Regarding the unit condition, we address maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly. If there are any outstanding concerns, we encourage the resident to contact our office so we can ensure the necessary repairs are completed.
As for the towing situation, we understand how frustrating that must have been. While parking enforcement is managed by a third-party company, we are always available to assist residents in navigating any concerns related to their vehicle.

Tasha is one of the best managers we have had here and thankful for all her efforts in making sure her residents are cared for.

Super comfortable community and maintenance are amazing The community is a very warm community never had any issues with my unit, and if I did fixed right away I would recommend to anyone Alister Galleria is the way
